When I was 14 my mom eventually convinced me to try TaeKwonDo. I had no interest in marital arts at first, but I began to love it. For years I trained for 1-4 hours every day, doing every TKD class I could, until I eventually earned my first degree black belt. I started trying JiuJitsu and continued to do that off and on for a couple years and I loved going to watch my friends at fights. I worked at the gym I trained at and began to take photos of the classes for advertising. This began my love for photography. I started taking photos of the classes for fun, taking photos of the fights, and anything else I could. Now, I do this as a business. I not only have a passion for photography, but for MMA. I don't just take the photos, I know and have seen the effort it goes into getting to that fight. I can capture the emotion, the intensity, and the passion.
